Project Summary

The INTERCLUSTER Project brings together stakeholders from six countries in the ADRION region, offering significant advantages that cannot be achieved through local or transnational efforts alone. By creating a macro-regional logistics cluster to bring together public authorities, logistics companies, research institutions and NGOs and working together across borders, the project aims to address common challenges in the logistics sector with a broader, more unified approach.

Our main expected Outputs are:
  • A Strategy for the development and modernization of the Logistics Sector in the Adrion are
  • An Action Plan for the development of the “Adrion macro-regional cluster in the logistics sector”
  • An E-networking and business support platform
  • An Adrion macro-regional cluster in the logistics sector
  • Partners and associated partners participating in project transferring activities


    • We aim to develop and pilot test innovative solutions to enhance the Sustainability, Innovation & Internationalization of the Logistics Sector in the Adrion Area, by establishing a Smart & Sustainable Macro-regional Cluster in this sector. The purpose of this cluster is to:
  • Promote the green and digital transition of the sector
  • Introduce innovation and policy instruments
  • Encourage the development of short supply chains contributing in this way to the Adrion Programme Specific Objectives
